Brayerwood Place is a very nice home! :) Very nice exterior design of the home ! The green colour of the exterior and the type abd placement of the windows looks very nice. The one sided open shutter windows give a great look to the home. Very nice wraparound porch! It looks great! The flowers and plants look nice on the edges of the porch and lining the sides of the front pathway. Very nice outdoors living sofa and armchairs sitting area on the porch for sims to rest and chat in the outdoors air. They will enjoy cooking and dining at the dining table on the porch and look out at the outdoors views. The yellow flower box windows look pretty. It is great that there is a pool on the porch! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Sims will enjoy hearing the piano music being played as they enter the home. The bathroom with the blue curtains and golden floor rug looks very nice! The leafy wall pictures are a nice touch in the room. Very nice furnishing of the living! The yellow, brown and green colour scheme of the room looks very nice. Sims will have playing chess in the room on the window chess table. The grandfather clock and wall family pictures look homely in the room. Nice armchair sitting and reading nook. The yellow colour of the seating gives a nice look to the room and complements with the green curtains well. The tv nook is great! Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing there watching tv. Very nice kitchen and dining area! The brown colour scheme looks very nice. The wall plates, fruit picture and scenic picture are nice touches on the walls. The blue colour scheme of the gym room looks great. Sims will enjoy using the fitness items there to keep fit and aquarium is a nice touch in the room. The upstairs bathroom is very nice! Very nice blue and white colour scheme and the floor tiling looks nice. The birds, the blue flowers and the butteflies pictures are nice touches on the walls and counter. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The floor patterning in the kids room looks very great! It goes well with the bed! Nice computer study desk nook in the corner of the room. Very nice layout of the double bedrooms ! The lavender wall colour and the patterned brown walls in the two bedrooms gives a very nice look to the room areas. It is nice that there are sofa seat resting and reading area in the bedrooms. The cherry blossom picture is pretty on one of the bedhead wall.
