Requirements:
- Keep the outside walls, can change the wallpaper
- Keep the positions of the windows and doors on the outside walls, can change windows as long as they are the same size

Don't worry if you don't have all the packs, you can just replace the things you don't have.

I've originally built this lot for the asylum challenge and while playing thought it would be nice to see it renovated!
