Requirements:
-Cannot change the landscaping (does not include the vines/moss on the house)
-Basement should be added to but the stairs down should be in an enclosed space with a door.
-Needs 3 bedrooms
-Cannot change outside walls but can add to and change wall paper
There are cobwebs throughout the house, just a heads up as I know they are hard to see.
