Needs at least 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
need to complete the layout on the inside (you may remove the pillars were just put down for affect)
the garden leaves much to be desired, you may clean it up and do as you wish
the backyard must have a pool
you may change the outside exterior if you wish

(you will need to have the cheat bb.moveobjects on for things to show properly)
