Flat roof?

I am trying to build a Spanish stucco type house and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do a flat roof. Do I just using ceiling tiles? I don't see a flat roof option under roofs. Buildin...

so far, I have been just using the floor tool and then use a low fence as a border.
