US Architecture Tour: New England Cape Cod
The last home in the series (unless anyone has suggestions on quintessential American architectural styles I may have missed), this home's style is named after Cape Cod, the seaside town in Massachusetts in New England. Developed in the 17th century, Cape Cod-style homes were originally built from local materials to withstand the weather conditions of the New England coast. This charming two story family home comes complete with a full kitchen, living room, two attic bedrooms and a laundry room. Built on the empty harbour-side lot in Brindleton Bay (which is in itself inspired by New England coast towns) this home fits in wonderfully with the world or any other world your Sims prefer.
