Get Rid of The Kleptomaniac Trait Or Change It!

Seriously getting annoying seeing Sims randomly take things all over the neighborhoods. I keep losing stuff at my house, retail, and restaurants! The trait must be removed or you change things around....

The trait is fine, the reason it's so annoying is because we have no police to correct the bad behaviour.
