I never thought of doing that. I am going to make sure I copy all my Lots into my library now. I haven't come across any kleptos yet, but just in case... :)
Yes replacing lots are quite easy in The Sims 4 and so when you rob a lot blind just a simple click and ten seconds everything is back on! I hope this helps you!
