Get Rid of The Kleptomaniac Trait Or Change It!

Seriously getting annoying seeing Sims randomly take things all over the neighborhoods. I keep losing stuff at my house, retail, and restaurants! The trait must be removed or you change things around....

Well, you can always call cops on them-- oh wait. Silly me.... return/introduction of more service NPCs is too much to asked at this point.
