Some sort of trade school or combined crafts and fine arts school (like Bauhaus) would be fun to embellish... where your sims could learn to create pottery/ceramics, furniture design, fabric/tapestry/weaving design, architecture, stained glass windows/mosaic floors/glass blowing, interior design, fashion, and etc.
