It’s solely up to the individual player to set up a story like this, or modders/ cc creators to add this kind of feature.

The ‘insane’ trait has already been renamed ‘erratic’ in 2018 for various reasons.
Any mental illness or disability related gameplay has to be treated carefully or named appropriately.
This is also the age of PC and making sure not to hurt anyone’s feelings by being insensitive or uninformed is incredibly important in the entertainment industry nowadays. ??♂️
For sure. did say it would never make it. just thought it would be an enjoyable feature to think about as I just got done watching One Who Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest. as for how delicate Maxis/Ea is being is enough to drive someone insane
