YES please!!! This would make me so happy! I absolutely love this kind of buy/build mode stuff and a pack centered around this theme would rock my socks! I like the game, but one of the things that constantly irks me is that everything is so pretty. With each pack they do add more and more items that aren't so Barbie perfect, but an entire pack devoted to that theme would be awesome!
I was able to create this room last time, and there are some great creative minds on the gallery making some awesome grunge buildings, but we definitely need more! The grittier the better and I really hope to see something like the pictures you posted OP in the near future. Pretty is all good and well, but not everyone wants to play that way!

proternus is a really gifted creator in this genre as well, love his storage unit home!

Edit: Oh bummer, in my excitement I didn't see that she only creates for TS3 and TS2. Bummer! Ah well, I shall continue my search!
