Sorry TS4 Falls short in a lot areas, this happens to be one of them. You can't delete a single floor tile, why this didn't roll over from Sims 2 and 3. is beyond me. Same thing with the foundation, Say if you want to build a house on foundation and you want to place a premade Garden outside, it will automatically be placed on a Foundation, if you want to get rid of it you have to get rid of the foundation under your entire house. -___- I miss TS3 already...
