Help! How to delete single floor tile?

I would suggest removing your roofing and saving that for the very last. What's happening is those ceiling tiles are disappearing when you remove the floor tiles and that is causing the roof to "sink" down. You need to replace those ceiling tiles by placing another room above that area, and then remove the walls... the floor tiles will stay in place and then place your roofing.
