Help! How to delete single floor tile?

If you find the roof coming into the area, you have to trace the walls with the wall tool, it will delete the wall paper but for me all the doors and items hanging on the wall stayed in place. I had a frieze coming into the room and as soon as I redid the walls it was gone.... Hopefully that helps!
