Nice ideas! I'm most interested in the more everyday elements like having a firefighter career back. I know many players love the supernatural and superpower side of the game, and I think what you've suggested will definitely appeal to them. As someone who leans towards realism I'd like support for a Batman/Ironman type Sim: my techy-scientist inventor guy could definitely use that kind of content.
