We are actually in dire need of more costumes so four free costumes in a Halloween patch would be nice.
What about a haunted hayride?
Or a haunted house lot, like the Chalet Gardens except this one should be more interactive. Sims can wear costumes on this lot, tell ghost stories, and explore hidden rooms.
