I'd like the option to own a B&B or a hotel.
Your sim could start out with a B&B, and rent out a cottage in their garden, or their spare bedroom, but once they're renting out more than 3 rooms, it becomes a private hotel, with up to 6 rooms.
Beyond six is a regular hotel.
With a B&B you could hire a regular maid, or a butler to help you run it.
With a Private Hotel you could start to hire staff specifically for the business.
Hire a cook to run the kitchen, a waiter to serve in the dining room, maids to clean the rooms, a barman for your bar. Of course, members of your household could take on some of these roles.
