Most of the idea is for stuff we don't have or stuff that has never been in any sim game ever.
I'm saying we need more stuff to spend our money on; that's my point. Give us more stuff. Once there is loads of stuff then you have something to spend it on. And I cheat by getting the plates/frogs to get money, but if I didn't and I wanted extra properties or to buy a store or resort then the banking system and loans would add such play to the game.
The hotel is good as in we can go there for fun/vacation or we can own it and build it up. Either way there is play there for many.
