House with only 3 EP SP only

I only have base game, get to work and seasons. Does anyone build house with only these packs? I would like 3 30X20 houses. I have 3 empty 30X20 lots. Would like 3 Br, 2 ba minimum. Would also like a study and gym.
I am not a builder. Thanks.

    I have some larger base game builds. They don't feel like they're missing anything, and are easy to adjust if you want to add something. These are my favorites:

    This one was built before Seasons, but would work really well with it. Has a study. No gym, but a pool.

    Period-appropriate. It has an old-timey workout room in the basement, a study and music room.

    Has a two-story library and some unfurnished rooms you could definitely fit a gym in.
