How do you get around the trees n stuff blocking the interior issue

I would like to do more trees and things but I can't stand it, like cannot stand it, when the view of the interior of the house is blocked either in the picture for the gallery posting or while I'm playing the game. It truly bothers me on an intense level. Is there a way to use trees around the houses without blocking the interior?
