How many floors do you put into most of your home builds?

Generally two, but it all depends on what I'm building. Going up, not out, saves precious lot space - important in view of the weensey lots we've been given. Vickies are at least two with basement, more if there's a tower or two involved. I just finished a helicopter facility in TS2 with one building having 4 levels: terminal on 1st, quarters for staff on 2nd, lower control tower level on 3rd, and the manned control area on the 4th. The tallest has been 7 levels (TS2 again) where I recreated a Victorian building in Bermuda using a copy of the plans. Not even the biggest lot in the game was enough, so the ends were a bit crimped. Needed the number of levels cheat, too.
