How social workers & adoption could be improved

Instead of a child just spawning after an adoption, I think it would be better if the social worker visited with the child to assess / rate the household on certain criteria - similar to the private s...

I would like for more time to go by before the game starts threatening to take away the children. My Sims can't/will not be allowed to drop everything instantly just to go and feed or change those little toddler monsters (that both hit and bite in this iteration) :#

This is about the only thing I can think of that I would like to change. I think adoption works pretty much the same as in TS3 which I'm happy enough with.
