How social workers & adoption could be improved

Instead of a child just spawning after an adoption, I think it would be better if the social worker visited with the child to assess / rate the household on certain criteria - similar to the private s...

A social worker shows up and observes when you adopt a dog or cat. Would be cool if one showed up when you adopt a child. Repeat random visits to check up on you would be even cooler.
