At this point, I've realized that I would like some kind of "story" pack with various optional themes or stories that you could play through kind of like in Sims 2. I'd still like some packs centered around different themes but if they release one pack with a lot of different story ideas to play through, I'd be interested. I already have a lot of my own characters and would like more optional ways to play with them.
I can come up with ideas for myself. Some of the recent packs have introduced ways you can do that, but I'd like a pack that contains numerous flexible types of gameplay for which you add your characters. Obviously there are themes like supernatural, challenge, realistic, family-oriented, etc, but while I've come up with things that happen in my game, I'd like content that gives more optional direction. I basically have my characters and now I'm thinking, "Now what?" EL and StrangerVille were versions of going in that direction. I'd like a flexible and general "story pack" though.
If they want to release more themed packs, I still have interest but if there could be a pack that really centers around gameplay, I'd like that, especially if it still has a "choose your own adventure" approach. Not all simmers are looking to do the same things.
I'm adding that I still have interest in new hair, clothes and decor, but I'd like to see some options for directed story play that I can incorporate. I might still add new characters but I want more emphasis on what to do.
