I got bored and wrote a long list of ideas I would like to see for teens.
(Sorry in advance for the long list!) o:)
I like your list. I don't agree with all of it, but I do like the listyness of it. :p
Bands - Bass, drums, etc. for your teen to create a band with their friends

I desperately want garage bands!
Movie Theaters - Giant screen, ticket booth, plenty of seats to pick from, concession stand, photobooth, etc. Maybe even a drive in theater.
A drive in would be great for the 'useless' concept of cars! (I don't think they'd be useless, they worked in ts2)
Garage - not really a lot, but something new for your lot. A garage door that opens/closes. Driveway for cars to park on. (For garage band hobby or fixer upper carLook at that! More reason to add cars!
Skateboard Park - if they add skateboarding as an activity, friends can chill here, do tricks, etc.Though I'm not a skater, I think it'd be a great addition, and scooters for kids.
School Dances - Prom, Homecoming, Seasonal Dances. Your teen can help decorate the gym for the dance. In the city I live in, school formals are a big deal, there's one in year 10, and another in year12, and something less formal in years 8 and 9. Year 11 gets no love, all work, no play. And they're not typically held at the school, since they include a formal dinner.
Themed Days at school where teens can dress up (kind of like how some high schools have senior week or homecoming week)All we had was bookweek in primary school, and Jeans for genes day in secondary school :(
Teens can throw parties while parents without parent's permission and possibly get punished? (I don't know if that's already an option actually.. I've never tried it)It was an option in ts3! Your adults could win a rabbithole holiday, and the teens could throw a party while they were away.
Tattoos - elbows, wrists, shoulder, spine, fingers, neck (in general for ages teens and up)FOr teens? You've gotta be 18+ to get ink here.
Piercings - nose, tragus, helix, industrial, belly button, eyebrow, multiple ear piercings, under lip (xtina style), dimples, cheekbone (dermal i think). Again for teens and upyes. totally lacking from the game.
Decor/furniture for their room - like keep out signs for doors/walls, video games, bean bags, stolen street signs, magazines/posters, bunkbeds, Murphy bed, new wallpapers, etc.Yes! More posters that look like they came from magazines. More band posters, more movie star posters.
Yes to your bed options, but a trundle for sleepovers would also be awesome, or an ottoman that folds out into a spare bed, or a couch that becomes a bed.
Clothes that teens tend to wear, like graphic tees, crop tops, fishnets, t-shirt dresses, denim skirts, patterns, high waisted bathing suits, neon colors, etc. Could be content exclusive or available for adults but I would like more styles that would technically be geared towards teens.Ha. all looks like young adult clothing :P.
Teens here seem to live in tshirts and jeans outside of school hours, and at school, it's uniforms, cos all schools have one. They can be as simple as tracky dacks or basket ball shorts with a polo shirt, or as fancy as what you'd expect a posh private school to have.
Clothes that fall into 'social groups' (kind of like "Goth," "Thrasher," and "Socialite." from Sims 2 but more modernized)Wasn't it ts3 that had those social groups?
Either way, they do need to be included as more clothing options in general
Makeup styles - could apply to teens and up or just teens, idk. Popular styles that are commonly seen nowadays, like contouring and highlighting, etc.Teens rarely wear make up here... not allowed to for school, which really only leaves weekends, and most are way too lazy for that. Make up is more of a young adult thing.
Hairstyles - Teens often experiment with their appearance as they are figuring out their style and dislikes, so giving more styles or interesting hair dyes, like a pony tail with rainbow underneath, or new colors like denim blue, deep red, deep purple, lime green, rose gold, etc. Styles that show their creativity, edge, plum, etc.HA!
Yet more stuff that teens don't do much here, cos wild hair colouring and styles are against most school rules. If you're gonna do anything fun, you've got the summer holidays, but it's got to be back to within the school rules by February. :/
