I need Help / Tips for my First Stop Motion Video

I really like it and agree it is hugely time consuming so commend you on your effort! I agree that the transitions between view should be slower. I also think the camera should be angled a bit more straight on when doing the building and roofs and I bit more zoomed out when inside the building. So just think about framing a bit more. but otherwise its a nice little build and agree that you have all the mechanics there.
