I would love the SKILL JOURNAL back! Who is with me?

Sims 3 had an in depth skill journal with varying challenges oriented to each skill to work towards! Sims 4 would really benefit from a feature like this returning. While they are at it they can make ...

I do like the way skills work in the Sims 3 and I really enjoy that sims can get benefits from still raising their skills after hitting the max level. I think it would be really nice if that could be the case in the Sims 4 also.
