Idea: Babysitter freelancer career

I have this idea, now when Paranormal have unlocked the work to be done at other Sims homes. Wouldn't it be cool to have a similar career for teens that takes care of your neighbors children? When you come to the other house, the grown ups welcomes you and tell you some info before they leave, and then you could take care of the children until parents are back. Maybe also help with homework. I would also like to do other jobs in my neighbors homes. Like be a gardener, a maid, a chef... Also if they could unlock these things in odd jobs, for single events in your neighbors homes.
