Idea for a New Neighbourhood

I have an idea for a new neighbourhood for The Sims 4 that I think would be relatively simple to implement.

One thing that bugs me about all the existing neighbourhoods (Willow Creek, Newcrest, Oasis Springs, etc.) is that they all have a sort of pre-defined character. Like, you can build whatever kind of house you want in Willow Creek, but there are prop houses in the background all around it, and unless you want to build something that sticks out like a sore thumb, it's hard not to build your own house in the same style.

My idea is to introduce a truly empty neighbourhood. Just grass, roads and lots. Maybe a few trees and hills around the edges just to make it look nice, but no prop houses, no off-lot playgrounds or other activities. Just the freedom to have a neighbourhood where you can build a completely original town in whatever style you choose.
  • Meh, the worst offender is del sol valley, offlot house is directly standing beside the playable house, but yeah would be nice to have neighborhood that only surrounded by body of water and thick trees.
  • Brindleton and Windenburg I feel like I can build anything.

In my dream world, and If I can get it to fruition, The world historic, but It's also modernizing at the same time. So there are many different architectural Styles. I like some modern styles, but I don't like cities that look "Futuristic"

When I build, Most of my Commercial, Venues, Retail Lots and half of my residential builds are in the Second Empire, Neoclassic, Victorian Style

I think Mediterranean + Modern homes looks nice, I love Colonial and Suburban styles too

This is more self serving, but it would be really cool if they did a world that was like a Mesh of everything.
a Half city world, with A Downtown/Capital District, where you would have like a Town Square 9 50x50 lots, surrounding 1 50x64 Lot for a Central Park. and then a Tower (Woolworth Tower) apartment over looking the city and the Square and shops below.

and then like 3 different neighborhoods outside of the city limits, one Suburban Neighborhood, another Mediterranean + Modern Neighborhood, and colonial neighborhood. I would Say 40x40 lots in each.

I personally don't like a lot of public spaces, I like private neighborhoods, I don't mind if people are walking down the street, but I don't like seeing random people who don't even live in this neighborhood, fish, swim in the lake or ocean behind my house.

I'd love to have an inter-city industrial-type neighborhood(like a bunch of factories and warehouses) that is dirt/pavement and has no water anywhere.EA REALLY needs to give us that kind of neighborhood!

I wouldn't mind if we could build high rise rentable apartment buildings or complexes with lots of grungy dirty wallpaper and objects to go with it but not until then. :)
  • I want this too. I wish we had a big world similar to Sims FreePlay base world (about 50 lots with most residential lots beings next to each other instead of the huge gaps in existing neighborhoods).
