So as an aside from the family play thread chat I wanted to offer people a place to suggest their ideas for a perfect scenarios for toddlers in TS4 in a bite size format as suggested by a couple of us...

She may have moved it to General for a bit to give it some exposure, then moved it back to Ideas since, technically, these are ideas. It would be kind of unfair to other idea threads if this one got longer, better exposure.
