Ideas at a Glance for Toddlers
So as an aside from the family play thread chat I wanted to offer people a place to suggest their ideas for a perfect scenarios for toddlers in TS4 in a bite size format as suggested by a couple of us...

I love all the ideas in this thread. It kind of made me want to go back to TS4 and start preparing my families for toddlers!! (if they are half as cute and detailed as everyone here is suggesting, I'd be the happiest simmer in the world).
Now my 2 cents: I want toddlers to be a challenge. Just like in real life. In past games, toddlers were a challenge because you had to teach them how to talk, walk and potty train them (which took a long time!). But I want more: I want mischievous toddlers that draw on the wall, climb on sofas, and cause chaos in the house. Also, as others have pointed out, I hope they make the best out of the multitasking system. Parents should be able to do almost anything while holding their babies (I know, this may not be easy animation-wise...): especially, sims should be able to sit while holding their babies, sing them to sleep (rocking chair anyone?!), feed them (which should be harder than just put a plate in front of them).
And finally: babysitters need to be back. No more imaginary daycare: parents have to PAY for a babysitter to come and watch their children/toddlers/babies while at work. This should also add more challenge to my single parents/struggling households...
