I want to add something to my previous post - I want there to be more interactions with toddlers and that includes mischief like coloring the walls with crayons - but one thing I would really like for the Team to keep in mind if they are ever planning to actually make toddlers is to be sure to balance the work with the fun and love.
I love toddlers in TS3 and play them all the time, but as far as animations toddlers would pick their noses and cry and laugh and rock themselves. I'd like more animations than that. Teens and up could feed toddlers, play with them, hug them, and eventually with EPs and DLC some other things. But if someone isn't into really simulating family life there was a lot of skill grinding to teach them to walk/talk/potty, not to mention all the crying and maintenance. All that is fine, but where was the cuteness that I'd like to see to balance that out? Baths like in TS2, toddlers playing with each other, hugging family members and pets, asking for attention. I want those cute moments back because just like real life, those moments make up for all the work and challenge required by that age stage.
ETA: I also want babysitters and/or Nannies back but I'd really prefer that they actually function as adequate care-givers and not be a pain in the backside that are designed to annoy the player. (And actually I feel that way about all the NPC workers!)
