So as an aside from the family play thread chat I wanted to offer people a place to suggest their ideas for a perfect scenarios for toddlers in TS4 in a bite size format as suggested by a couple of us...

Inge would be one of the last people in my sim community that i would consider selfish. And as there isn't a lot to add to these marvelous suggestions i will throw one out.
If we do get horses again then please add a pony for my toddler. :# I like to start them young not wait till teen years to ride.
