So as an aside from the family play thread chat I wanted to offer people a place to suggest their ideas for a perfect scenarios for toddlers in TS4 in a bite size format as suggested by a couple of us...

I think we need a portable "pack and play". It could be used for play and sleep. For example, you have an all day family bbq at the park, a pack and play could be pulled out of your sim's inventory, and used for a nap in the shade or playing/containment for the toddler. Plus be used so toddlers can go on vacation with the family. If sims can pull tents, tables, airbeds, chairs, ect out of their inventory to set up anywhere, I should be able to be done with a pack and play....in a campground, park, vacation house, or hotel if they are added. It always bothered me in sims2 that toddlers couldn't go anywhere, even if I owned a vacation home.
