Ideas for more community lots

Tattoo parlors - Sims can get tattoos and piercings. It would be cool to have more types of piercings added to the game that you can only get by going to this lot and not just in CAS. More types of tattoos and places on the body these can be placed.

Tea shop - This would come with a functional tea set and new food items. I would like to see the option for a British style high tea or afternoon tea. It would also be fun to have interactions like "gossip over tea." I guess, if you want to be funny/silly, the interaction could be called "Spill the Tea" and allow sims to talk behind their hands like they're gossiping. I really wanted a traditional Japanese tea set and ceremony with Snowy Escape, but we didn't get one. So... yeah.

Event Venue - Sims could use an event venue to throw large parties, fund raisers, weddings, etc. This venue type would provide a photographer you can hire to take pictures of the ceremony, guests, etc. It would also have waiters you could hire to walk around with serving trays of bubbly and hors d’oeuvre. A small stage for performances would be nice, especially if we ever get bands who can perform at weddings and parties.

Doctor Office - Sims can go here when they are sick to be treated instead of buying medicine online. Your doctor sims can own their own family practice instead of working at the hospital. I would like to see some other ailments added to the game and the ability to treat broken bones/sprains.

It would be good for the developers to update get to work with all your suggestions with the doctors, it would be good to have more use of the hospital we have in the game to be more than career focus and sims giving birth, the same with the suggestions about the police office that @BellaBerryCafe said, oh my goodness how did I forget a tattoo parlor, a tea shop would be great I love my tea and I love the event venue idea, sometimes you don't want your sims houses ruined after a party @bookish_sammy , I love all your ideas simmers ?
