Lol, I seem to remember in TS2 people used to complain about having to go to the grocery and clothing stores, and now people want those things back! But I do too ;)
I like all the ideas given here. Plus:
Laundromat
Junk Yard
Fire Station
Casino
Indoor Soft Play
Ownable Daycare Centre
Shooting Range (if they didn't want to add guns, they could make it a bow and arrow shooting range)
Plus, I would love something like a Go Ape centre or assault course of some sort.
