I second a pack for not rich sims. Most everything in the game is nice. I'd like to see them add swatches to current furniture to make it look old or used. Maybe rusted faucets. Broken or boarded up windows. Peeling paint. Dead grass. Water stains for the ceiling. I'd love a system that made furniture and objects just go old over time. Nothing crazy, but maybe after 100 sim days, the furniture starts to look worn.
