I think an arcade with proper arcade cabinets would be a good venue. Especially with these Beercades that exist where it's an arcade with a proper bar.
I think it would also be cool to create hybrid community lots. For example, a bowling alley bar/restaurant or a gym/spa. As far as I know you can only make a restaurant with a bowling alley in it but you need to classify it as a restaurant for it to function like one.
