That was a tough one as all the suggestions were appealing to me. I thought about what could already be "faked" with cheats (superpowers), the club system (school, uni), cc (historical, robots, underwater) or simply choosing to ignore elements (apocalypse, off the grid). Amusement park rides would probably be the hardest to make as a mod, so that's where my vote goes.
