If you could have any sim career back, what would it be?

So while playing the sims yesterday a thought suddenly struck me, "why aren't there more careers?" I then got to thinking about all the jobs/careers that were available for sims in TS3 and what ones I...

Military - it was a base career in 1, 2 and 3. Don't really get why it was't in the base game. I miss my Sims in military uniforms. Plus it's soo easy to move in Sims 4, that you could create stories of why they have to move to the next city: Bc one parent has to move with his job. Ugh, the possibilities..

But I'd also love to have teachers and lawyers come back too. I often made my Sims lawyers in Sims 2.
