If you had to pick a totally new EP, GP, or SP, which one would it be?

I know it's not a new idea but I would like nurses in the hospital of GTW as an active career, like seriously.

My second choice would be home chores, for more realistic gameplay.

I would love it if my gardening sims had more to do!

I voted for the home chores one, because I would love the "sewing" activity. Clothes could wear out, get torn, etc, and Sims would have to fix them (or just let them look ratty and get an Embarrassed moodlet, etc). It would be great (say with higher sewing skill) if Sims could make their own clothes (from purchased patterns) and eventually create their own designs.
