If you want more build challenges!

Hi, I would like to have more build challenges! Ones that allow for a bit more of the builder's own creativity, like @AlJay 's blueprint builds. If anyone else is interested, please join in with me. I looked up some challenges and decided to begin with a starter home challenge. Cost of build plus lot must not exceed 20,000 simoleons. A brand new sim out of cas must be able to purchase it without any money cheats or free real estate cheats! :) All other things are up to your creative mind. Due February 14th 2024. Hey, Valentine's Day! Let's get building! <3

Starter Home

About build:
A starter home for a creative sim! Painting, dancing, knitting, and playing video games are just a few of the activities that she can do in her new home.
Cost of lot: 1,500 simoleons
Cost of gallery build: 18,457 simoleons
Total cost: I don't know, less than 20k :p

Starter Home is a lovely home lovely for a creative sim! @fujicakes1 :) Very nice exterior design and stone walls. The stone edge path is very nice. The interior furnishing is lovely. Very nice open plan layout of the living area and great chess, kitting and art easel painting areas. Very nice study desk nook and music for dancing,in the bedroom.

@_DelilahsRose_ The little house I posted is a furnished house that I made for the challenge. I didn’t post it as a shell but I could if you would like for me to. I was thinking that everyone would build their own starter but if you have a shell already that you would like to start with I don’t see why you couldn’t. I hope these challenges will be kind of laid back and relaxing and just us simmers having fun doing smaller (not necessarily in the size of the build!) challenges. ?

@_DelilahsRose_ I hope that made sense. My brain is a little broken right now and processing information within myself and getting information to someone else, I cannot say how difficult and embarrassing it has been lately lol.
