Improvements to Neighborhood stories, ideas!?!

Just a random thought. We have Social Bunny in High School Years that has its own interface. Why not do a news app with something similar so it would be easier to see what has happened? The news can be filtered and there's also a separate section for recent births and deaths (obituary where up to 20 latest deaths that have happened (even in your household) are shown).
