Individual Save Settings
It would be nice to have save settings per game rather than the entire client. It would also encourage player to try different things. I wonder why this hasn't been added to the game already.

The only global ones are things like graphics, audio options, accessibility etc which makes sense.
All the gameplay related ones are per save.
If you start a new save then it defaults to whatever the last settings were, but they can be changed in options immediately. - I'm not sure what you mean, what kind of save settings? Like turning off certain features (such as weather related deaths, weather in general, lifestyles, aging, etc)?
I normally just do a "Save As" if I change anything and don't want to mess up my settings for my other saves I am playing and I just note in the save title what I changed so that I can remember what is different about that save. - Imagine not having to do that.
- Then they need to make that more clear. It isn't obvious.
