Is there a way to rip your custom Sims' Mesh and textures?

Sorry if this isn't the place to put it, but is there a way to rip your sims out of the game with their mesh and models intact? Google searches have proven pretty fruitless, and there's a lot of conf...

Yeah I've seen that, but nobody seems to explain how to set up ninjaripper for the sims 4. I've done it for other games, but no one mentions any settings to use, what exactly happens, or fixing the UV maps.
