The layout and the exterior design of Lake House Family Home looks so very nice! :) The roofing design looks very creatively great! Very nice red, green and white colour scheme of the home. The trellis covered outdoors dining patio looks great! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq there and eating the food in the outdoors air, Very nice pond! Sims will enjoy swimming and fishing in the pond. The furnishing of the interior is very nice! Very nice open plan kitchen and dining area. It looks very nice how the kitchen cabinets have been placed on the red coloured wall, and the island sink and bar stool counter is very nice there for Sims to enjoy sitting on the stools eating meals. The pink and the blue colour schemes of the kids bedroom give a very nice look and feel to the bedrooms. Very nice red sofas sitting area in the living room for Sims to sit and rest there, and watch tv.
It is a very nice family home! :)
