Kitchen Cabinets

Has something recently happened to the cabinets, where the upper and lower cabinets aren't even close in color anymore? IK don't seem to remember it being as drastic as it is at the moment, a couple of weeks ago. Is this a late April Fool's joke or...? I mean, I expect nothing else to match, but items from the same set? Why not fix all the borken and ridiculous things, before making new things to break?

I'm speaking specifically of the Tall order Vintage set. I've raised every lower up to the supposed matching color of the upper, so that they are in the same space and same light, and a blind man can see that they are not the same. Not even close.
