When I downloaded the lot, fully furnished, it had a cost of $93,775. After selling pretty much everything of Aunt Polly's - god bless her generous soul - and adding the $6000 that our expecting couple managed to pull together, I reasoned that I had $99,775 to spend on the Fixer Upper. With this tidy sum I was able to: Add a 2nd Floor, Expand the Front Porch, Add a Back Porch/Deck, and Fully Furnish the Two Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Victorian that features an Eat-In Kitchen, Master Suite w. a Private Bath/Yoga Deck, Laundry Room, Artist's Studio for Drew, and Writer's Reading Nook for Abbie, plus a charming, gender-neutral Nursery for their new baby that can easily be updated for when he or she grows up.
