- Yes, please! I loved that in TS2/3.
- Yes please. It was so nice to fullfill those and it felt like it really meant something to the little sims. Like how they got platinum mood in TS2 from it. Aspirations doesn't feel like they do much or matter. They are just a way to give me points to buy a few rewards I want for that particular sim.
- I want them to add fears and wants in the game... Better wants than we have, as this ones forces us to play with stuff from new packs instead of being related to our sims traits.

I would like longer life time wishes for sims 4 along side the aspirations
Honestly I completely hate the aspirations of this game. I hate how they are fractured into multiple sets of goals, it just doesn't make any sense. I have always wished that they were like in TS2/TS3, less grindy and you could reach the main goal any way you wanted. - mariefoxprice83Seasoned HotshotI wish we had some more job-based aspirations. I liked how in Sims 2 every career had its own aspiration attached. I haven't played Sims 3 in years so I can't remember how that one worked.
- I really like sims 4 the aspirations I just wish there were long term ones like wishes as well

@Mariefoxprice83 I agree, we should have on aspiration for each skill as well, and for jobs, and for a lot of collectibles. Maybe i would care more to collecting stuff if i had an aspiration to fullfil."Sindocat;c-17147251" wrote:
No, thank you. I think Aspirations, with their staged goals, are far more interactive and rewarding. I also like that, as I get to know my Sim better, their Aspirations can change to better reflect their interests. And, when one is finished, you are free to pursue any other! One and done Lifetime Wishes were fairly boring. Often times I'd complete them before my Sim even became an Adult, and it took a mod to assign a new one, once they had.
I think there is a good variety, that drives me to develop and use skills my Sims might otherwise overlook. And some ARE quite long-term, like the Family related ones which require things like having a child marry, especially if you play slowly through the child-raising years.
I think Aspirations are something TS4 solidly improved upon over prior versions' Lifetime Wishes. Life isn't like that. You don't go, "Well, I am fabulously rich, I guess I am done." Life goes on, you find new things to pursue. My YA Sims were just finishing their individual Skill-based or Career-based Aspirations as they were getting stable enough to improve their home and make room for kids. So their next Aspirations were all about doing that, since they shared Whims to Try for a Baby together.
What will they do with their Golden Years and an empty nest? Who knows? But I'll be able to decide that, then, and have them do it.
well said the Aspirations are one of my favorite things and I hope we get lots more I just think it would be nice to have longer ones also along side these we have and yes I think they should be able to do more then one as well @Sindocat"SimQueenie9;c-17136144" wrote:
